隔音超級差凌晨兩三點還能聽見隔壁房間一直在聊天，早上9點開始打掃衞生的拖車經過那聲音簡直了根本沒法睡房間的窗簾又臟又破衞生間地上不乾淨一踩都是異物。早上11點出門下午5點回來房間都還沒打掃在新加坡住過最差的一家酒店了

入住第一天床單上有汙漬，電動窗簾是壞的，早晨漏光，晚上走光。得需要上一位客人留下的膠帶去粘。房間窗戶對著游泳池，早晨是洋人小孩嘰嘰喳喳，晚上12點幾個女遊客還在游泳喊叫，也沒人管。不過客房服務員和前台還都挺友好。服務熱情。

房間設計可以分開住，很合理，早晨跟著做了瑜伽，上午做了護手油，很好的體驗！晚餐不錯，點了一份沙拉，送了一個剛烤出來的香脆空心餅，配上烤蒜和黃油，非常好吃😋

酒店舒服，很安靜，層數不多，只有三層，也因為這樣喜歡人少一點這間算不錯。位置在名勝世界和海灘中間，所以想去哪邊都可以。唯一是在房間想享受浴缸但出現滲水，職員馬上來處理，態度很好。一樓有泳池和健身房，以及地下有穿梭巴士。

酒店離捷運站很近，走幾分鐘就到。離環球、沙灘和滑車也近，步行或者坐島內公交都行。入住酒店第一天還有免費的椰子水。打掃衞生這塊，需要就得按門口的打掃房間按鍵，工作人員會來打掃衞生；如果沒按打掃衞生按鍵，工作人員就可能不會來打掃。島內的生態不錯，有孔雀、水懶和蜥蜴等等。

聖淘沙很漂亮。這家離環球影城和海邊都不遠走路能到。這邊房間有連通門，而且沒封死。進屋記得檢查鎖好沒。聽掃地阿姨説 13-14 15-16 17-18 有連通門。入住可以避開這些試一下。

懶人，一般不寫評論，能寫那是真的太好或太爛。衞生：看圖，不知道前面哪一輪客人婚禮留下的喜字，那麼大，保潔沒看到？後面仔細看了牆面，好幾處透明膠在牆上。另外一進房換拖鞋，踩地板上總有粘滯感，這是多久沒拖地板？隔音：住過的隔音最差酒店，走廊説話聽的一清二楚。最逗的是半夜兩點窗外開始割草，問前台答覆一個月一次，那算我倒黴，結果第二晚繼續割草。一定要半夜割草的嗎？設施：看介紹2021年翻新的酒店，結果衞生間沒通風，花灑接口漏水，淋浴大概一半水淋身上，一半漏了。感覺國內如家都不止這管理水平。

目の前がモノレールの駅且つユニバのあるリゾートワールド駅まで1駅という高ロケーション。朝から晩まで観光だったのでホテルは寢に帰るだけでしたが部屋はとても清潔で広く、夜は靜かでよく眠れました。フロントスタッフの対応は普通です、ベルボーイの方は親切でした。

hotel location is good, just opposite to the Sentosa express station, hotel also offered free shuttle to connect Vivocity. Breakfast is not good as the choices are quite limited as the set meal, the hotel staff are not professional, I booked 2 rooms and requested all twin-bed rooms several days before I arrived at hotel, no response. So I requested again upon my arrival, but staff called Tia did want to offer none of twin-bed rooms for my 3 reservations, and said the rooms are subject to the availability, then I asked for a complimentary breakfast for my kid only since I was not satisfied with the arrangement, after a while Tia said she has the all of the twin-bed rooms and did not want to offer a complimentary breakfast, followed by saying that she is the room manager and has the rights to manage the room arrangements. How funny, hotel staff like bullying the weak and fearing the strong? In addition, housekeeping is quite late until 5pm the next day, and totally ruined our rest after the whole day outing. So remember to be a little bit aggressive for what you want, otherwise this hotel will disrespect any of your expectations.

Overall a nice stay, room is large and cosy, but housekeeping didn’t show up after the first night until we called to get them to clean our room (we did indicate to make up room when we left at 10am). Room was not made up when we returned at 5pm. Pool is small. Location is great, within 10 mins of casual walking to USS, 3 mins to the nearest monorail station. No buffet breakfast available so we didn’t opt for breakfast but I’ve heard good reviews for their sets.
